Bush arrives
The US president, back in Thailand for his second visit, stood beside Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej and hailed the 175th anniversary of diplomatic relations which have brought strong ties - and pledged to work closely with Thailand. On Thursday Bush hopes to put heat on the "outpost of tyranny" junta in neighbouring Burma.
